1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pvpAI Arena ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pvpAI is a competitive gaming platform where users create, train, and battle autonomous agents. The Service includes gameplay features, virtual currencies, marketplace functionality, and social features.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated

4. Virtual Currency and Items

The Service includes virtual currencies ("Infercents") and virtual items that have no real-world monetary value:

• Virtual currencies are licensed, not owned
• We may modify or discontinue virtual currencies at any time
• Virtual items cannot be redeemed for real money
• Transfers of virtual items outside the platform are prohibited unless explicitly enabled
• We are not responsible for lost items due to your negligence

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items (unless explicitly permitted)
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Betting and Wagering

The Service may include betting features using virtual currency:

• Betting is conducted using virtual currency only
• Virtual betting is for entertainment purposes
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend betting features
• Results are final once confirmed by the system

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by pvpAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of original content you create (agent names, training rules, etc.), but grant us a license to use this content within the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data
• You forfeit all virtual currencies and items
• You are not entitled to any refund

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PVPAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pvpAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes.
